Hello everyone!,

Into A Dream is a narrative driven 2D aventure game that is in development since March 2019, and is being created by a single developer. The game focuses on going through the dreams of a man suffering from severe depression, both past and future, where memories blend with fantasy and symbolism, to unfold the powerful, heartbreaking and emotional story that led to his current state. You'll be able to explore his dreams, meet his close family and friends, and try to help him by understand his pain.

The game relies on narrative, exploration, dialogue, character development and some puzzles to drive the story forward. You can also choose between dialogue options, which may lead to a different understanding of the story as a whole. The aim of the game is, above all, to connect with the characters, with the story, with their personalities, accomplishments and struggles. Not only the dialogue is in written form, but there is also voice acting to support and give more dynamism and reality to the scenes.

Into A Dream has won the 2019 IndieDevWorldOrder Award for Best Art Direction and was voted into the Top100 Indie Games of the Year by IndieDB. 

A demo version is being finalized and is going to be uploaded for free on itch.io, and should be available until the end of January 2020. The game is already in its latest stages of development, and although without a definite launch date yet, it is scheduled for release in Q2 of 2020.
